Saskatchewan’s only giant screen theatre! Take an adventure to a foreign land, visit outer space, or even find yourself transported back to the past with our eye-popping five-story high IMAX screen and over 10,000 watts of 6 channel, 4 way stereo surround sound. Crystal-clear images combined with IMAX’s powerful digital sound and customized theatre geometry create the IMAX experience. It makes audiences feel as if they are in the movie.

Legislative Building

Legislative Building

Known as the marble palace, the Saskatchewan Legislative Building is the largest legislative building in Canada and features 34 different types of marble from around the world. The exterior is elaborately decorated with intricate carvings of lions, gargoyles and chains of grain and fruit. The Legislative Building overlooks beautiful Wascana Lake in Wascana Centre. Tours of the Saskatchewan Legislative Building are available seven days a week.

The MacKenzie Art Gallery is Saskatchewan’s largest public art gallery, with a national reputation for showcasing outstanding local, national and international artists. The MacKenzie is an interactive and creative space that provides free public tours for visitors of all ages. Spanning over 100,000 square feet, our multi-use facility space hosts an art conservation lab, activities for families in the BMO Learning Centre, a Gallery Shop, sculpture garden, theatre, conference rooms, and a vault containing over 4,500 pieces from our permanent collection. RCMP Heritage Centre

RCMP Heritage Centre

RCMP Academy, Depot Division, the sole training centre for new Mounties in Canada, is located in Regina, Saskatchewan, where the tradition begins and members have been trained since 1885. The RCMP Heritage Centre, where the tradition lives, is appropriately located at the entrance to the historic Royal Canadian Mounted Police grounds. Experience first-hand this unique Canadian story of the Mounties, through state-of-the art exhibits, multi-media technology, audio tours, driving tours and live events on Depot’s historic grounds.
