Introducing the Regina Regional Opportunities Commission
The Regina Regional Opportunities Commission (RROC) was created in the spring of 2009 by a merger between Tourism Regina and the Regina Regional Economic Development Authority.
RROC was formed because Tourism Regina and the Regina Regional Economic Development Authority were working independently towards the same goal - to keep the Regina region economy vibrant by creating a climate where businesses, residents, and visitors can thrive. Partnering to accomplish our shared purpose means we can be more effective. RROC is contnuing the functions of both previous organizations, while working to make the transition as smooth and seamless as possible.
While RROC is a brand new entity, it has a solid foundation and is committed to building on the great work Tourism Regina and the Regina Regional Economic Development Authority started. RROC is always open to input on the economic opportunities in our region and welcomes public feedback at any time.
