Who can be a Local Regina Champion?
Anyone and everyone!  Regina Regional Opportunities Commission encourages employees, volunteers, and the general public to think about hosting more conferences in Regina.  We want people who are involved with or know of local, regional, or national groups to invite your colleagues to Regina to host their next meeting or conference in our beautiful city.

If you have a conference you would like to see hosted in Regina, Regina Regional Opportunities Commission will help you prepare a letter of intent, assist with the bid process and site selection, develop a local hosting organizing committee, nuture the relationship with the head organization, and support you every step of the way to help you bring your group to Regina.  All our services are complimentary.

Bringing your group to Regina provides many beneifts to our community.  Conventions and meetings contribute significantly to our local economy.  There is also the benefit of showcasing the good work your local organization has accomplished to a provincial or national audience.  You will also be filled with community pride when your colleagues arrive in our city and experience the warm hospitality and everything Regina has to offer.

How can I become a Local Regina Champion?
Becoming a Local Regina Champion is easy!  Simply contact us with some basic information about your group, and the meeting or conference you would like to bring to Regina, and RROC will do the rest!  We only ask that you endorse and support our efforts to bring your group to Regina.
