Regina Regional Opportunities Commission continues to provide leadership, expertise, and support to organizations and individuals wishing to bring conferences to Regina.

Staff can assist local organizers in preparing bids, providing information, giving advice, or making effective presentations, and ensuring you have the guidance, support, and tools you will need for a successful bid!

With specific convention criteria, staff will help coordinate the information and provide a professional document that your group can utilize in a presentation to the decision makers.

We can:

• Partner with key stakeholders in the community to provide the best accommodations and facilities to suit your event.
• Work closely with the program committee and local associations to include local relevant and meaningful programming for your conference.
• Create a bid document with a distictive Regina flair - incorporating unique and cultural components emphasizing a memorable prairie experience for your delegates.
• Obtain letters of support from the offices of the Premier, Mayor, local associations, and any other influential Regina supporters to be included in the bid package.
• Include specific information about Regina, our history of hosting major national conferences, attractions to visit, and suggestions for compainion programs.
