Sports & Recreation

Paradise Entertainment Centre

Regina’s best fun entertainment spot featuring cinemas and miniature golf.

Parks and Playgrounds

Regina has a wealth of parks and green spaces, from local neighborhood parks to Wascana Centre. There is more parkland and open space per person in Regina than in other major Canadian cities. Many parks have playground and picnic space available.
All City of Regina parks are open to the public from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.

Pools – Outdoor

The City of Regina has 5 outdoor pools which are open June 14 through September 3 (Wascana Pool is open until September 9 inclusive). Phone number available by following the listed web link.

Queen City Marathon

A relatively flat, scenic and well-supported Boston-certified loop course, the Credit Union QCM begins with a short 3km loop through Wascana Park, one of Canada’s largest, most picturesque urban parks. This opening 3km loop brings you through the starting area again (a great opportunity to wave to friends and family or hand-off your warm-up clothes to our volunteers) before you head out on the main part of the course, which takes advantage of Regina’s extensive paved pedestrian pathway system.

Regent Par 3 Golf Course

The 9 hole, par 3 course provides an entry level golfing experience.

Regina Beach

Regina Beach has been a family vacation tradition since the early 1900’s. That’s when holiday-goers first discovered its natural sand beach and sheltered swimming area. Today a whole new generation is discovering that a day at the beach is just the right medicine for our fast-paced world.
