Step back into the 1950’s diner at the Mercury Café, dive into sweet treats paired with savory skillets at Fresh & Sweet, or head to Breakfast Bistro for tasty food made from scratch. Bennies, waffles and skillets. Want breakfast on the go? Pick up a breakfast Sammie with farm-fresh egg, tomato, spinach, Cheddar, and guacamole from Tangerine Food Bar and while you’re there they can pack you a picnic lunch for later to keep the fun going!

After breakfast, make your way to the NexGen Energy Street Festival is a giant outdoor playground that will bring together CFL fans from across the country. Enjoy four days of family friendly winter activities like games, cozy warm-up campfire stations, music on the big stage and the SaskPower Tube Slide for those who are adventurous. This all-ages event has something for everyone and is FREE to attend.

Gainer’s Heartland is coming into bloom. This family-friendly, indoor event will bring “Gainer in Wonderland” to the Grey Cup Festival. An oversized, whimsical Saskatchewan-themed experience will be both accessible and interactive. See and experience the land of living skies, lakes, large lilies, greenery and grassy picnic areas. Activities will be geared towards children, providing both high-energy activities and quiet, passive activities.

Looking for a lunch break off site? There are some great spots around the stadium that not only are family friendly, but also provide refreshment for mom and dad!

How about a daily grilled cheese special? Victoria’s Tavern is littered with historical photos of Regina and area throughout the 1923 Municipal Hail Building.

Scotty, the most massive Tyrannosaurus rex in the world, is on display at Royal Saskatchewan Museum. Discovered right here in Saskatchewan, an academic paper published in The Anatomical Record confirmed Scotty’s new status as the world’s largest and oldest T. rex, outsizing the Chicago Field Museum’s SUE by 400 kg and more than 50 cm in length.

Located at the Saskatchewan Science Centre, the Kramer IMAX Theatre is Saskatchewan’s largest movie screen. Featuring a pair of IMAX 3D 15/70mm film projectors, our IMAX projects ultra-high resolution images on a screen that is 52′ tall and 73′ wide. With more than 10,000 watts of audio power, there’s no wonder it’s called an IMAX Experience!
