2024 National Indigenous Peoples Day

Join the City of Regina and the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Network (EDIN) for National Indigenous Peoples Day on Friday, June 21, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Victoria Park.


This day provides an opportunity for our entire community to deepen our understanding and appreciation of the unique heritage and outstanding contributions of Indigenous peoples, especially as 2024 marks the 150th anniversary of Treaty No. 4.

Time: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Location: Victoria Park, Regina


Attendees can expect interactive and educational experiences, including stations like First Nation’s cultural teachings, a tipi demonstration, Métis Jigging and Inuit Games, amongst many others. Additionally, they can enjoy renowned artists such as the Mother Teresa Middle School’s Buffalo Boys and Youth Dancers, Joseph Desjarlais – Métis Fiddler, and the Red Dog Singers, and more.
