We would like to acknowledge that the land on which we gather is Treaty 4 territory and the traditional territory of the Anihšinābēk, Nêhiyawak, Dakota, Lakota, and Nakota peoples, and the original home of the Métis/Michif Nation. We recognize that both Indigenous and Métis people are the spiritual and cultural keepers of their traditional lands and still to this day, continue to practice their values, languages, beliefs and knowledge.
Government House Victorian Supernatural Séance Performances
Registration is now open for Government House Victorian Supernatural Séance evening performances!
Did you know that many Victorians were drawn to the notion that the living could communicate with those who’d passed beyond to another realm? Join us for a fictional, interactive evening theatrical séance performances. Watch as our “medium” will try to reach some of the spirits that use to live or work at Government House in 1905.
The performance will be ~ 20 minutes long and will take place on Friday, October 21, Tuesday, October 25 and Thursday, October 27. Performance take place every half-hour: 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, 8:00 and 8:30 p.m. Parental guidance is suggested. This tour is not recommended for children under 12.
There is no cost, although donations to the Government House historical Society are welcome. Register today to secure your spot. (must register to attend)
