We would like to acknowledge that the land on which we gather is Treaty 4 territory and the traditional territory of the Anihšinābēk, Nêhiyawak, Dakota, Lakota, and Nakota peoples, and the original home of the Métis/Michif Nation. We recognize that both Indigenous and Métis people are the spiritual and cultural keepers of their traditional lands and still to this day, continue to practice their values, languages, beliefs and knowledge.
Purolator Highway 11 Cup Run
Be part of the excitement as the Grey Cup starts its journey down Highway 11 to Regina. Members of the Saskatoon Police Service, the RCMP and the Canadian Armed Forces will send the iconic championship trophy on its way to Regina with some community stops along the way. Indigenous leaders will be part of the procession to recognize and acknowledge the passing of the Cup from Treaty 6 to Treaty 4 territory. The Grey Cup will arrive in Regina just in time for the SiriusXM Kickoff Party.
