R.S.O. Classical: Brahms Double

Mystery, imagination, and virtuosic brilliance launch the RSO’s season on a journey through myth and fantasy with R.S.O. Classical: Brahms Double. 

From the bold, expressive energy of Bacewicz’s Overture to the monumental intensity of Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 3 featuring rising star pianist Jaeden Izik-Dzurko, this concert invites the spirit to soar.  Mendelssohn’s “Scottish” Symphony brings the evening to a sweeping close, evoking windswept landscapes and timeless legend in a powerful and inspiring season opener.
