Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame winter snowshoe day
The Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame will be hosting a FREE fun winter event in partnership with the City of Regina on Saturday, Nov. 25. The event will run from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. at the Hall of Fame (2205 Victoria Ave.) and across the street in Victoria Park.
Attendees will get the chance to get a short tour of the Hall of Fame, play in our interactive STEM Gallery sponsored by SaskTel, and on our multi-sport simulator. After an hour we will head outside (weather and snow permitting) to play some games while snowshoeing in the park.
After going snowshoeing, everyone is invited back inside the Hall of Fame where we will have cookies and hot chocolate in the boardroom. Visitors are welcome to go back inside the Hall of Fame to continue to explore if they wish. The Hall of Fame will close at 4 p.m.
There will be indoor games and activities available should the weather outside be too cold. We ask visitors to arrive a little before 12:30 so everyone can get their winter coats off and settle into the Hall of Fame.
