Join us for Supper in the Orchard featuring Chef Chris Torjusen. Chris’s biggest passion is butchery, charcuterie and Italian food, especially pasta. He is a big vocal fan of supporting as much local producers as possible and use of the farmers market for a lot of various things on his menu.
Over the Hill Orchards and Winery has partnered with local chefs to host Suppers In the Orchard. Every weekend, a different local chef will create a multi-course supper using mainly ingredients from local farms and the orchard. The event begins on the outdoor patio (weather permitting) overlooking the beautiful valley, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage. Attendees are seated indoors beside large picture windows where the owners, Dean and Sylvia Kreutzer, briefly discuss the history of the orchard and introduce the chef(s) for the evening. Between courses a 30-minute tour of the orchard is offered (weather permitting). Supper begins at 6:30 p.m. and ends around 9 p.m.
