Lorne is a senior Certified Management Consultant with over 35 years of experience in program and project management, strategic planning, management consulting, all aspects of outsourcing evaluation and implementation, and service business transformation. As executive advisor and program manager, he has been providing expert advice to public and private sector organizations in Saskatchewan to improve service, operations and outcomes. Has exceled in management consulting, strategic planning, outsourcing delivery, and project and program management for Crown corporations, executive government ministries, and provincial, national and international corporations.
