She has participated in professional trainings in Mindful Teaching and Mindful-Based Stress Reduction and is certified in EFT (Tapping). She has introduced mindfulness to thousands of people. As a Mindfulness Coach and Speaker, Trina's passion is sharing these tools so that you can live a calmer, more present, happier life.
