10AM-6PM Chore Team Competition & Demonstration

Brandt Centre - Horses are guided through a course designed to test the skills of the horses and drivers. Each obstacle on the course is an example of what teams on the ranch would face in their day-to-day duties.

3-5PM Youth Team Grooming

Chevrolet GMC Arena - Teams of 3 have 15 minutes to groom and prepare a heifer ready for the show ring.

3:30-5PM Selfie with Alpacas

Canada Centre Arena - Steal a kiss from an alpaca! $10 per picture and all proceeds go to STARS


Tuesday

 

8AM-4PM Indigenous Agriculture Summit

Queensbury Convention Centre - The Indigenous Agriculture Summit (IAS) returns for an 8th edition and is excited to expand its reach and focus. IAS will take place on November 23 & 24 and is titled Inspiration & Revitalization, filled with shared success, best practices, leadership, economic development and networking. And, for the first time ever, the IAS will also host a full day conference exploring Food Sovereignty for Indigenous, First Nations, and Metis communities.

 

9PM-3PM Grain Expo

Queensbury Convention Centre - The Canadian Western Agribition Grain Expo, presented by Ritchie Bros., is a two-day speaker conference and trade show taking place on November 23 & 24 and is aimed at grain producers and their related industry. Following harvest, the timing of the conference is ideal for producers looking for the latest information on the market trends and agronomic practices. It is also an ideal time for the large equipment dealers to showcase their newest technologies and give producers a jump start to place orders for spring delivery.

 

12-1PM Chore Team Competition Finals

Brandt Centre - The top six Chore Team horse teams go head-to-head for the Chore Team Competition Championship title.

 

4-6PM Canadian Pull Horse Finals (Heavyweight)

Brandt Centre - Witness true "horsepower"! Watch teams of horses pull a weighted sled up to 10,000 pounds across the arena floor.

 

7-9PM Cirque de Medieval

Brandt Centre - Join us for a magnificent display of horsemanship and athleticism of live extreme jousting and armoured ground combat. The six-knight tournament involves two men and two horses, charging at each other with 11-foot-long lances and colliding at 30 miles an hour. The goal is to strike the opponent with the lance to earn points. Knights will then face off on foot in a contest of live steel hand to hand combat in the "Octagon." Tuesday evening will also feature a Birds of Prey demonstration, showing the art of Falconry with birds in flight.


Wednesday

Chevrolet GMC Arena - Recognized internationally, the purebred beef shows, auctions and multiple annual private sales make Agribition a multi-million dollar marketplace year over year. Livestock producers from around the globe travel to Regina to see some of the best cattle genetics in the world.

7-9PM Pro Rodeo - Maple Leaf Finals

Brandt Centre - CWA is proud to partner with Canadian Professional Rodeo Association to host the Maple Leaf Finals Rodeo. 10 top contestants compete in seven major rodeo events over four nights, with a chance of winning over $100,000 in cash and prizes.

8AM-5PM International Stock Dog Championship Trials

Brandt Centre - Spectators watch in awe as handlers utilize hand signals, voice commands and whistles to direct their dog to; turn back the sheep as they attempt to break away from the herd, successfully maneuver a small flock of sheep through a pattern and back to the pen.

9AM-7PM Canadian National Black Angus Show

Chevrolet GMC Arena - Recognized internationally, the purebred beef shows, auctions and multiple annual private sales make Agribition a multi-million dollar marketplace year over year. Livestock producers from around the globe travel to Regina to see some of the best cattle genetics in the world.

7-9PM Pro Rodeo - Maple Leaf Finals

Brandt Centre - CWA is proud to partner with Canadian Professional Rodeo Association to bring a new circuit finals to the show. CWA is home to the made-in-Canada “Maple Leaf Finals Rodeo”. This rodeo circuit will feature 10 top contestants, who will compete in seven major rodeo events over four nights. Contestants will have a chance of winning over $100,000 in prize money and the opportunity to compete at the RAM National Finals in Florida.

9:30AM-6PM Purebred Sheep Show

Canada Centre Show Sale Arena - Up to 15 different breeds of sheep will be represented at the Saskatchewan Sheep Breeders Association Sheep Show.

10AM-3PM Agribition Ranch Rodeo

Brandt Centre - The Agribition Ranch Rodeo will take place on Friday, November 26 in the Brandt Centre. Rodeo teams will go head-to-head in skill-testing events based on everyday jobs of a typical working ranch.

12:30-1:30PM Sheep Shearing & Hoof Trimming Demo

Canada Centre Show Arena - These demonstrations will provide an opportunity for exhibitors and spectators to gain an insight into sheep management skills.

7-9PM Pro Rodeo - Maple Leaf Finals - Energy Appreciation Night

Brandt Centre - Watch cowboys ride their horses through a pattern using single action revolvers to shoot at target balloons. All new circuit showcasing Canadian and World Champions and featuring two different stages of rifle and shotgun.

9:30-11AM Junior Sheep Shows & Costume Classes

Canada Centre Show Sale Arena - Open to competitors under 18 years of age, the junior sheep show gives youth a chance to hone their skills in the show ring. Costume class allows the youngsters to dress up with their sheep.

11AM-1PM Sheep Shearing & Hoof Trimming Demo

Canada Centre Arena - Canada Centre Show Arena - These demonstrations will provide an opportunity for exhibitors and spectators to gain an insight into sheep management skills.

12-5:30PM Agribition BBQ Supreme

Bud Light Loading Chute - Sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS), the Agribition BBQ Supreme is a new grilling competition will attract teams from all over Western Canada to compete in 4 protein categories, professionally judged, with the winners earning prize money and qualifying to compete at the World Championships in Kansas City, MO. Grand Champion will earn an invitation to the American Royal in Kansas City, and an entry into the draw for the Jack Daniels World Championships.

4-6:30PM Agribition Beef Supreme

Chevrolet GMC Arena - Invited Grand Champions of all breeds from 16 major livestock shows across North America join Agribition's Grand Champion Bulls and Females to compete together in the Beef Supreme Challenge.

7-9PM Pro Rodeo - Maple Leaf Finals

Brandt Centre - CWA is proud to partner with Canadian Professional Rodeo Association to host the Maple Leaf Finals Rodeo. 10 top contestants compete in seven major rodeo events over four nights, with a chance of winning over $100,000 in cash and prizes.

9:30PM Party on the Dirt

Brandt Centre - After the final Maple Leaf Final performance on Saturday night, wrap up CWA 2021 with a cabaret party in the middle of the rodeo arena! DJ'd music, adult beverages, and a ton of space to dance the night away.
