The all-you-can-eat 'Great Saskatchewan Mustard Festival' - A truly Saskatchewan experience that happens in Regina every summer! Sunday afternoon at Wascana Park, the event brought over 1,500 to celebrate our province's favourite seed. Saskatchewan alone exports 75 percent of the world's mustard. With plenty of mustard to go around, there's no better way to showcase the local culinary talent than at this annual event. Twenty local chefs served their own creative mustard dishes. Attendees enjoyed everything from mustard sandwiches to mustard ice cream. Regina Ambassador Enid experienced mustard like never before. "First thought that comes to my mind with Mustard Festival is delicious! It was my first time going, and it was just incredible. I discovered so many new and unique dishes that involved mustard (like mustard ice cream, which is quite a surprised for our little taste buds!). It's a great event for anyone interested in cooking, discovering the skills and talents of our local restaurant, or anyone who simply enjoys local events that involve fun and food!" -Enid
