Tourism Regina is a division of the City of Regina.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER AND THE CITY OF REGINA

The Terms of Use Agreement, set out below, contains the terms and conditions which govern your use of Tourism Regina’s website and the Reggie AI visitor guide chatbot. Please review these terms carefully. Your use of Tourism Regina’s website and the Reggie chatbot constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.

About Reggie

Reggie is an AI-powered assistant that provides visitors with tourism information about Regina. No personal information is required to use this service, and users are asked not to include personal information in their messages. Chat logs will be monitored during the Labour Day Classic event for quality assurance, and will be deleted once the event is complete.

Modification of These Terms of Use

The City of Regina reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which Tourism Regina’s site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the website.

Links to Third Party Sites

Tourism Regina’s website may contain links to other websites. The City of Regina provides these links to you as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the site by the City of Regina or any association with its operators. These websites are not under the control of the City of Regina and the City of Regina is not responsible for the contents of any of these websites, including without limitation any links in these websites or changes or updates to them. We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website.
