  • 1. Royal Saskatchewan Museum
    It’s free to explore this awe-inspiring natural history museum that takes you 2 billion years into Saskatchewan’s past. Get hands-on with dynamic and interactive displays, and view life-sized dioramas and outstanding exhibits. Discover ancient fossils, witness 10,000 years of Indigenous history, and learn about the land. Meet Scotty – the largest T-Rex skeleton ever discovered; and Mega Munch – the friendly animatronic T-Rex that kids love.

  • 2. Saskatchewan Science Centre
    Delivering real science and real fun from beautiful Wascana Park, the Saskatchewan Science Centre is consistently one of the province’s largest family tourist attractions. Ignite your curiosity through interactive delights and engaging exhibits designed to inspire an interest in science, technology, innovation, engineering, arts and even math. You can also catch a movie at the Kramer Imax Theatre, Saskatchewan’s only Imax screen.

  • 3. Government House
    Take a guided tour from a period-costumed guide, and visit the Interpretive Centre for a multi-media experience to learn about the heritage and history of the building, the role of the Lieutenant Governor, and the connection of royalty to Saskatchewan. Walk the beautifully maintained Edwardian Gardens, restored to all their vibrant early 20th Century glory. You could even take the kids to the fun-filled Saturday drop-in children’s activity.

  • 4. RCMP Heritage Centre
    Explore the incredible history of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, from 1873 to the modern day. Here their iconic story comes to life through a wonderful collection of archival items, exhibits and experiences. Hop onto a driven tour of the depot, stopping at the traditional RCMP chapel, dorms, cemetery and riding stables. Watch the Sergeant Major’s Parade put cadets through their paces, accompanied by a cadet band. Finish this unique day out by treating yourself to a commemorative gift.

  • 5. Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame/Museum
    Walk through leafy Victoria Park and discover the quiet dignity of the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame. Here they honour outstanding provincial athletes, championship teams and sport builders, and preserve the history of Saskatchewan sport. Walk the hallowed halls celebrating the local heroes of 52 represented sports, and pore over their collection of over 12,000 fascinating sports artifacts and rare archival material.

  • 6. Wascana Centre
    At the heart of Regina, beats Wascana Centre, with its 930 hectares of rolling parklands and glassy Wascana Lake. Hike the protected Habitat Conservation Area, bike the paths, enjoy a family barbeque, or paddle the lake. Find entertainment and education at MacKenzie Art Gallery, Royal Saskatchewan Museum, Saskatchewan Science Centre, and other landmark attractions, there’s even an IMAX experience. Wascana has fun for everyone.

  • 7. Legislative Building
    Completed in 1912, the strikingly beautiful Legislative Building and its grounds are designated a National Historic Site and Provincial Heritage Property. Self-guided outdoor tours reveal points of historical interest on the grounds, while the daily 30-minute free tour takes you inside the stunning interior, and focuses on the impressive architecture, parliamentary traditions, and history of the building. Tours are fully accessible and everyone is welcome.

  • 8. Mosaic Stadium
    It’s a Regina landmark that’s best experienced alongside thousands of others to do it justice. Completed in 2016, this stunningly modern 33,000-seater stadium is home to Saskatchewan Roughriders Football Club. Catch the unforgettable matchday atmosphere of a Riders game, or wait for a musical icon to rock the stadium on tour. But if you miss out on those experiences, there’s always the insightful stadium public tour, which welcomes all visitors.
